IBUM FORTE PURE / strawberry / banana / raspberry flavor, 200 mg / 5 ml, oral suspension. Composition: 5 ml suspension contains: ibuprofen (Ibuprofenum) 200 mg. Indications for use: Fever of various origins, including influenza, colds or other infectious diseases, as well as the course of a post-vaccination reaction. Pain of various origins, from mild to moderate intensity, such as: headache, sore throat and muscles (for example, with viral infections), toothache, pain after dental procedures, teething pain, joint and bone pain, as a result of injuries of the musculoskeletal system (for example, sprains), pain due to soft tissue injuries, postoperative pain, ear pain arising from inflammation of the middle ear. Contraindications: hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or any of the excipients. Do not use in people with a history of any allergy symptoms such as rhinitis, urticaria, bronchospasm or asthma during treatment with acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Do not use in patients with severe dehydration (caused by vomiting, diarrhea or inadequate fluid intake). Do not use in patients with active or recurrent peptic ulcer of the stomach and / or duodenum, perforation or bleeding history, also occurring when taking NSAIDs. Do not use in patients with severe hepatic impairment or severe renal impairment. Do not use in patients with severe heart failure (NYHA class IV). Do not use ibuprofen concomitantly with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, including COX-2 inhibitors (increased risk of side effects). Do not use in the third trimester of pregnancy. Do not use in patients with cerebrovascular or other active bleeding. Do not use in patients with bleeding disorders (ibuprofen may prolong bleeding time), hemorrhagic diathesis.
