Product information
The active substances are: magnesium ( Magnesii hydroaspartas ) and vitamin B6 ( Pyridoxini hydrochloridum ).
1 tablet contains 1000 mg of magnesium hydrogen aspartate (70 mg of Mg2 + ions) and 5 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, colloidal silica, banana flavor, aspartame, magnesium stearate.
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
- Oral drug.
- The tablets can be divided or crushed.
- Young children should be given the tablets crushed and suspended in water.

Action
Laktomag B6 supplements the deficiencies of magnesium and vitamin B6. It works prophylactically in the states of chronic physical and mental fatigue, in stressful situations and muscle pains.
Indications
Laktomag B6 is used in the prevention of complications related to the deficiency of magnesium and / or vitamin B6 and supplementing the identified deficiencies.
This drug is used in: chronic physical and mental fatigue, nervous hyperactivity, stressful situations, depression, sleep disorders, muscle pain, cardiac arrhythmias, prevention of atherosclerosis and heart attacks, treatment of osteoporosis.
Contraindications
Do not use Laktomag B6 if you are allergic to the active substance or any of the other ingredients of this medicine and if you suffer from: severe liver and kidney failure, hypermagnesaemia, hypervitaminosis B6, significant arterial hypotension, slow heart rate (less than 50 beats per minute), myasthenia gravis , Parkinson’s disease (treated with levodopa without a peripheral decarboxylase inhibitor), gastrointestinal malabsorption, diarrhea.
Side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Not known: gastrointestinal disorders, nausea, vomiting, loose stools, reddening of the skin.
Warnings and Precautions
You should leave time out if you are taking tetracyclines (an antibiotic).
If you develop kidney and heart disorders while taking the drug, consult your doctor.
The drug contains aspartame – a source of phenylalanine, may be harmful in people with phenylketonuria.
Use of other medications
Tell your doctor or pharmacist about all the drugs you are taking, or have recently taken, and about the doctor you plan to take, including those sold without a prescription.
Laktomag B6 may interact with: tetracyclines (a 3-hour interval between tetracycline and Laktomag should be maintained), methyldopa (decreased absorption and decreased effect of methyldopa).
Taking the drug with food and drink
The drug should not be used on an empty stomach due to the risk of diarrhea.
Protein products facilitate the absorption of magnesium.
Use the drug with plenty of water.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Consult a doctor before using the drug in the case of pregnant or breastfeeding women.
