Properties of ingredients
Potassium – supports the nervous system, muscles and proper blood pressure.
Magnesium – affects the functioning of muscles, nervous system, healthy bones, teeth. It also supports psychological functions, electrolyte balance and reduction of tiredness/fatigue.
Vitamin B6 – supports immunity, psychological functions, nervous system, production of red blood cells. Helps reduce the feeling of tiredness.
Recommended daily intake
Adults: 2-3 capsules daily. Drink plenty of water.
