Mixing ratio 1:1 (one part Koleston Perfect and one part Welloxon Perfect).
Darker/tone on tone/one tone lighter: 6%.
Lightening by two tones: 9%.

If necessary, after the holding time has elapsed, thoroughly moisten the hair with water using a spray bottle. Then emulsify the dye and distribute it along the entire length to the ends of the hair. Holding time is five to ten minutes.
Pastel toning:
Mixing proportions 1:2 (one part Koleston Perfect and two parts Color Touch 1.9%).
The initial condition for pastel toning is uniformly bleached or untreated hair with a tone depth of 9/0 and lighter.
Full-length hair coloring: apply immediately along the entire length of the hair from roots to ends. Development time: up to 15 minutes without heat.
Subsequent treatment.
After the development time, emulsify the color with warm water. Rinse thoroughly using Wella Brilliance line shampoo or System Professional Color Save for colored hair.
To stabilize the color, it is recommended to use System Professional Color Save or Wella Color Stabilizer.
