Action
LIX ear drops are a medical product whose action is based on the osmotic properties of glycerin.

Glycerin has two main features that are important from the point of view of its use in ear drops: the oily consistency of glycerin, due to which it gently adheres to the skin at the site of application and is responsible for its protective properties, and hygroscopicity. glycerin, which in turn causes glycerin, when applied topically, to remove water from swollen tissues (osmotic effect), which reduces swelling and, as a result, increases pain.
Glycerin in the Lix medical device softens earwax, promotes its removal and, due to its water-binding properties, removes excess fluid from the tissues of the ear canal (osmotic effect), thereby eliminating symptoms of ear inflammation such as ear pain. or swelling.

Lix drops additionally use lidocaine as a surface anesthetic, which enhances this effect and further relieves ear pain.

Indications
Lix ear drops are indicated for adults and children over 6 months of age as an adjuvant in the treatment of inflammation and pain of the external auditory canal.

Lix ear drops help with:
Diseases accompanied by pain caused by prolonged wearing of headphones or earwax clogging the external auditory canal;
Inflammatory conditions manifested by swelling, pain and itching of the external auditory canal;
Ailments accompanied by pain caused by regular exposure to water and moisture;
Diseases accompanied by pain caused by frequent use of detergents that destroy the natural membrane covering the external auditory canal (for example, shampoos, soaps, gels).

How to use a medical device
Before using the product, carefully read the instructions included in the package!
Wash your hands and then unscrew the cap from the bottle.
Tilt your head or lie on your side so that the treated ear is facing upward.
Gently pull your earlobe (bottom of your ear) away from your neck.
Turn the unscrewed Lix bottle upside down and, pressing on both sides, drop 1-2 drops of the product into your ear.
Keep your head tilted for a few minutes to allow the drops to drain into your ear canal.
Wipe off excess liquid with a clean cloth.
Additionally, after application, it is recommended to plug the external auditory canal with cotton wool.
Close the bottle.
Adults and children over 12 years of age: 2 drops in each ear up to three times daily.
Children from 6 months: 2 drops in each ear up to three times a day.
When used in children, protect the ear with cotton wool.

Contraindications and precautions
Lix should not be used if:
The packaging was damaged;
