Action
The device works by measuring the electrical current resulting from the reaction of glucose present in the blood with the reagent on the test strip. The meter measures current and displays the corresponding blood glucose level. The current produced by the reaction depends on the amount of glucose in the blood sample.

The Examedin FAST Blood Glucose Monitoring System is designed for self-measurement of blood sugar levels by people with diabetes at home and in healthcare settings as a means of monitoring the effectiveness of treatment.

Indications
The medical device is recommended for monitoring blood glucose levels when:
insulin dependent diabetes,
non-insulin dependent diabetes,

Product Feature
The Examedin FAST blood glucose meter is a device that, in addition to monitoring blood glucose levels, also allows you to measure ambient temperature, physical activity and medication use. The product features a large, clear display (LCD screen), the ability to set alarms and a short (5 seconds) measurement time. The device allows you to hygienically and safely remove the test strip through contactless ejection.

How to use a medical device
Before taking measurements, wash your hands with warm water and soap, and then dry them thoroughly.
Insert the test strip into the meter’s test port and a beep will indicate that the strip is in the correct position.
When inserting the dough, the side with the arrow should be facing up. The direction of the arrow indicates the correct insertion direction.
Once you insert the test strip into the meter, it will be automatically coded.
Unscrew the cap of the lancing device.
Place the lancet in the holder and press until it locks into place.
Unscrew the protective plate from the lancet and save it, you will need it when you remove the lancet from the lancing device.
Install and tighten the cover on the device.
Adjust the puncture depth by turning the dial left or right until a number appears in the black field indicating the selected depth.
Pull the tension knob until it clicks.
Place the lancing device on the selected piercing site, press lightly, and then press the release button to prick your finger. You will hear a click indicating the piercing is complete.
Place the tip of the test strip on the resulting drop of blood. Blood will be automatically sucked into the test field. Make sure that the blood fills the entire test surface of the strip. Hold the measuring tip against the drop until you hear a beep.
The meter will count down from 5 to 1, after which the result will appear on the display, which will be indicated by a beep. The result will be automatically saved in the counter’s memory.

Contraindications and precautions
Before using the product, read the instructions for use.
Do not use accessories other than those included or specified by the manufacturer of the medical device.
Do not use the device if it is not working properly or is damaged.
Storage temperature: -10°C to 60°C (14°F~140°F).
Do not leave the meter in a very hot or cold place. Do not allow the device to come into contact with a hot surface.
Do not leave the meter near a heat source or in a vehicle during adverse weather conditions. Do not use the device in areas where aerosols are used.
Always store and carry the meter in its original case.
Do not drop or shake the device.
Avoid direct sunlight and moisture on the device.
